Ventur Travel Limited (trading as Ventur) takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the information displayed on this website is accurate, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of site content or the availability of services referred to.

Any information supplied by third party suppliers is displayed in good faith for the information of site visitors, and although we cannot warrant the content supplied by third parties we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that information is only displayed which has been supplied by reputable, industry-recognised suppliers.

Privacy policy

The legal entity of Ventur is Ventur Travel Limited (“the Company”). The Company respects your personal information and undertakes to comply with all applicable data protection legislation currently in force. Data Protection law changed on 25 May 2018. This notice sets out most of your rights under the new laws.

Your privacy is protected by the law and is fully detailed in the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (“GDPR”) which can be found from the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) https://ico.org.uk. This however is a very complicated and long document and so we have our own more transparent promise to you. We promise:

  • Never to pass your data to third parties other than those listed below that we use to legitimately
    process your information on our behalf.

  • To give you reasonable access to the data we hold on you and the right to correct it, restrict its
    use or delete it where it is not otherwise required to be kept by law.

Where processing is based upon consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before itswithdrawal.
